How long does engraving add to delivery?

Engraved orders take an extra 2–3 days to dispatch — every engraving is laser-etched in-house before it ships.

Can I put a different name on each bottle?

Yes! Use ADD BOTH + PERSONALISE and we'll walk you through each bottle one at a time — two colours, two names.

Is it dishwasher safe?

Hand washing is recommended to protect the insulation and finish. The lid and straw are dishwasher safe.

How long do drinks actually stay cold?

36+ hours with ice. In independent logger testing our bottle held 0.5°C for the first 24 hours straight and stayed cold past 30.

What does shipping cost?

FREE standard shipping on orders $100 and up. Otherwise standard is $12 (3 to 7 business days) and express is $15.99 (1 to 3 business days).

What if something goes wrong with my bottle?

Every bottle carries a 5-year warranty. If a fault shows up, we fix or replace it — real support from a real Aussie team.

Can I return an engraved bottle?

Personalised bottles can't be returned for change of mind, but faults are always covered by the 5-year warranty. Non-personalised items get 30-day free returns.

Do you do bulk or corporate orders?

Best water bottle for on the road!

Being on the road in-between locations there isn’t always places to fill up a water bottle so the 6L is perfect for having plenty of water no matter where you are. The straw is great and the cap on it is awesome for keeping dirt out. Water stays nice and cold highly recommend this product!

Honestly didnt think itd be so big but thats alright, feel like im hauling a chug jug 😭

The jug was a perfect gift for my son who is a mechanic in a hot workshop. Having the sipable jug filled with ice cold water on hand all day is a godsend. Highly recommend this product.
Postage and delivery took longer than expected with delivery dates being changed a few time's but hey, thats christmas time for you. 😁 It arrived safely and well packaged, thats all that matters.

Thought this would be great to take on a road trip. Problem was I didn’t realise I should have given it a vinegar’ wash before I used it. I just washed it in hot soapy water. Definitely couldn’t drink the water out if it so hoping after I get back home and give it a vinegar wash it should be good to use. Fingers crossed

Exactly as Described

This drink bottle has significantly out-performed any other drink bottle I have owned, and certainly beat my expectations of it.
Description of this item reads that it will keep warm drinks warm for up to 12 hours, but I exclusively drink hot water 60°C, and have found that this drink bottle manages to maintain the heat for 48 hours (of course the temperature decreases slowly over time, though there is VERY minimal change within the first 24 hours).
I strongly recommend this to anyone and everyone.

Love it, we have 2 now, I needed a good size water bottle for work and when we go away for the weekend. There is still ice in it for the best part of 2 days and the water is still cold after 3 days. Its great that its a little larger capacity to the competitors, and being aussie made is great. Definitely recommend
