Shipping

For Australian domestic orders

$15 Express Post: 1-4 business days (estimated)

$12 Standard Post: 2-10 business days (estimated)

Free Standard Post: Available on orders over $100 Aud (Australia only)

All orders are dispatched daily Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays)

Once your order is dispatched, you will get an email notification where you can access your tracking number & track your order for delivery

Please note, if you do need to amend your order or change the colour you selected we are only able to do so if you email hey@theaussiepal.com.au immediately after placing your order. There is no guarantees however we always try our best to accommodate ordering mistakes!

International Shipping * Please note: the recipient will be liable for any local duty, tax and/or other import costs on orders placed outside of Australia. Any potential fees are out of our control.


Returns and Refunds

Change of mind returns (30 days)

We offer returns within 30 days of purchase for refund, exchange, or store credit, as long as the item is:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition you received it

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange for change of mind.

Personalised and engraved items

Personalised items (including drinkware engraved with names or images) are not eligible for change of mind returns.

If there’s an issue such as:

  • Incorrect engraving
  • A product fault
  • Incorrect item received

We’ll absolutely help and get it sorted.


Warranty and Faulty Items

If your item is faulty or defective, please lodge a request via our Returns Portal and upload photos of the issue. Our team will review it and guide you through the next steps.


Incorrect Item Received

If you received the wrong product, colour, size, or a missing item, lodge a request through our Returns Portal and upload a photo so we can fix it quickly.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
