How long does engraving add to delivery?
Engraved orders take an extra 2–3 days to dispatch — every engraving is laser-etched in-house before it ships.
Can I put a different name on each bottle?
Yes! Use ADD BOTH + PERSONALISE and we'll walk you through each bottle one at a time — two colours, two names.
Is it dishwasher safe?
Hand washing is recommended to protect the insulation and finish. The lid and straw are dishwasher safe.
How long do drinks actually stay cold?
36+ hours with ice. In independent logger testing our 1L bottle held 0.5°C for the first 24 hours straight and stayed cold past 30.
What does shipping cost?
FREE standard shipping over $100. Otherwise standard is $12.95 (2–12 business days) and express is $15.95 (1–5 business days).
What if something goes wrong with my bottle?
Every bottle carries a 5-year warranty. If a fault shows up, we fix or replace it — real support from a real Aussie team.
Can I return an engraved bottle?
Personalised bottles can't be returned for change of mind, but faults are always covered by the 5-year warranty. Non-personalised items get 30-day free returns.
Do you do bulk or corporate orders?
Yes! We run a full co-branding program with tiered pricing for teams, events and businesses. We have a MOQ of 12pcs per colour and size. Head to our Co-Branding page to start your order.
Which size should I get?
