How long does it actually stay cold?

Up to 24 hours with ice, in normal use. Pre-chill it and pack it full and you will get the best out of it.

Will it leak in the car?

No. It is waterproof and leakproof inside and out.

Does it pack away?

Yes. The air valve lets you flatten it, so it stores flat rather than taking up a shelf like a hard esky.

What is the warranty?

Five years on cooler bags, plus 30 days of free returns. If it fails from a manufacturing fault we replace it.

What does shipping cost?

FREE standard shipping on Australian orders over $100. Standard is 2 to 10 business days, express is 1 to 4 with Australia Post. Orders before 1pm AEST leave our Gold Coast HQ the same business day.
