How long does engraving add to delivery?

Engraved orders take an extra 2–3 days to dispatch — every engraving is laser-etched in-house before it ships.

Can I put a different name on each bottle?

Yes! Use ADD BOTH + PERSONALISE and we'll walk you through each bottle one at a time — two colours, two names.

Is it dishwasher safe?

The bottle is hand wash only. Dishwasher heat can dull the finish and break the vacuum seal. The lid is top-rack dishwasher safe, and so is the stainless steel straw.

How long do drinks actually stay cold?

36+ hours with ice. In independent logger testing our bottle held 0.5°C for the first 24 hours straight and stayed cold past 30.

What does shipping cost?

FREE standard shipping on orders $100 and up. Otherwise standard is $12 (3 to 7 business days) and express is $15.99 (1 to 3 business days).

What if something goes wrong with my bottle?

Every bottle carries a 5-year warranty. If a fault shows up, we fix or replace it — real support from a real Aussie team.

Can I return an engraved bottle?

Personalised bottles can't be returned for change of mind, but faults are always covered by the 5-year warranty. Non-personalised items get 30-day free returns.

Do you do bulk or corporate orders?

Yes! We run a full co-branding program with tiered pricing for teams, events and businesses. We have a MOQ of 12pcs per colour and size. Head to our Co-Branding page to start your order.

Which size should I get?

Having had many drink bottles come and go in our household from supermarket quick buys to paying premium for a Yeti, I can confidently say this is the best drink bottle I've ever had! I bought one for myself and my wife and we swapped the silicon sleeve.

Sadly not Unbreakable

My Aussie Pal 1L worth the dual outlet cap was a great water bottle.
I used it at work where the sipper was handy for drinking when driving the truck. The chug spout was great for using when playing sport.
Sadly all that came to an end today when I left it sitting in the wrong spot on a machine. It fell off and went under the wheels of a road roller. Hoping to buy another one when they are on sale.
Aussie Pal were also great to deal with after I encountered a small problem with the sipper, replaced the dual action lid no worries.

My New Favourite Bottle - Great for kids!

I bought this drink bottle in plum 2 months ago and have used it every day since. It is my absolute favourite for my whole family, I share with my toddlers and they can use it easily and doesn’t spill if you knock it over. It has survived many tumbles and is literally the best drink bottle we have used. It is easy for me to clean the top which is soo good, considering I broke my Frank Green from
Cleaning it. I would buy another one but they are always sold out of the yellow colour I want. Absolutely love guys!

Fantastic my new favourite water bottle.

Love the size and the silicone bottom is such a great addition. I would really love a silicone mouth piece to really take it to the next level. Such great colours especially being able to mix it up.

I had my eye on these bottles for a while and when I finally decided to get one I was not disappointed.

The delivery was so fast! Less than 2 business days! I was so happy, it was ready right in time for camping trip and you bet I was sprooking to everyone at the camping festival about it haha.

The straw is amazing! So effortless and satisfying to use. The chug magnetic mechanism is also so impressive and satisfying to use.

I also got my name engraved which looks lovely and an additional secondary silicone base to change the colour when I feel like it, it’s awesome! The silicone base is also great in the sauna and on hard surfaces as I’m always running around as banging the bottle so I’m happy knowing it’s not getting dented or leaving dents when I do haha

All in all an awesome product I would highly recommend!
