What comes in the box?

Your bottle, plus a lid and grip in that same colour, always. If you also pick a lid or grip in a different colour, we add those in on top. You never lose the original ones, so you end up with both and can swap them over.

How long do drinks actually stay cold?

36+ hours with ice. In independent logger testing our bottle held 0.5°C for the first 24 hours straight and stayed cold past 30.

Is it dishwasher safe?

Hand washing is recommended to protect the insulation and finish. The lid and straw are dishwasher safe.

What does shipping cost?

FREE standard shipping over $100. Otherwise standard is $12 (2 to 12 business days) and express is $15.95 (1 to 5 business days).

What if something goes wrong with my bottle?

Every bottle carries a 5 year warranty. If a fault shows up we fix it or replace it, with real support from a real Aussie team.
