the easy choice

Why not just use a normal bag?

Because a normal bag cannot hold ice. This carries the drinks, keeps them cold, and still works as a bag the rest of the time.

Questions, answered

How long does it actually stay cold?

Up to 12 hours with ice, in normal use. Pre-chill it and pack it full and you will get the best out of it.

Will it leak in the car?

No. It is waterproof and leakproof inside and out.

Does it pack away?

Yes. The air valve lets you flatten it, so it stores flat rather than taking up a shelf like a hard esky.

What is the warranty?

Five years on cooler bags, plus 30 days of free returns. If it fails from a manufacturing fault we replace it.

What does shipping cost?

FREE standard shipping on Australian orders $100 and up. Under $100, standard is $12 and takes 3 to 7 business days. Express is $15.99 and takes 1 to 3 business days. Orders before 1pm AEST leave our Gold Coast HQ the same business day.

Outstanding service!!

The service with Aussie pal is unbeatable!! Fast replies (even on weekends, at night!) We love the new zipper. Great quality bag. Hubby loves it for working as a tradie.

Fantastic product and great service 👍

Zips a problem but issues was fixed

The lunch pal was a gift to my tradie son, he uses it every day and takes to his work site. Fits SO much into it and keeps it nice and fresh. He absolutely loves it. Also fantastic customer service from the team, I would still recommended this product even though we did have an issue with the zippers but that was dealt with in a very timely manner and the zips have since been improved.

Great bag. Bad zippers

Same as the others, great bag but both zippers broke with in a week of each other. Maybe 12months old.

Lunch pal

Great product, but the zipper pulls have all broken & I need replacement ones.

Annoying not being able to grab the zipper easily to open or close due them being broken.

Going of the other reviews that is a common fault.

Great roomy lunchbox got it for my husband and it goes well with his 4 litre water bottle

This is perfect!

Quality

Zip

My partner loved it for work but I was lost for words that the zipper broke because he hasn’t had the bag for long then I thought, and basically useless to keep using it without the zipper working. Great bag but upsetting about the zipper. Not made for heavy duty tradies for sure. Should have been a thicker/bigger zipper than a small tiny one maybe.

Perfect

The zip lets it down

Really good size and insulation however the zipper isn’t very robust. I’ve had three now and all of them have broken due to the same problem, however the customer service has been unbeatable and they have replaced the lunch box each time. Due to the inconvenience of needing to continually replace it, I will be purchasing a different brand.

Great size!

Awesome size. Love the color. Can’t wait to use it

All arrived in excellent cindition and as pictured. It’s the perfect Christmas gift for a tradie!

Its a lot bigger than expected, but my partner LOVES it!

Amazing customer service

Great product and amazing customer service. Repeat customer in the making.

Replacement

We love our Aussiepal products, lunch bags and drink bottles. The service was excellent. Highly recommend, thank you.

Very happy

I work as a concreter purchased the 4l bottle nearly 2 years ago now and I highly recommend the products these guys make. It has held up amazingly well being on jobs sites. It will hold ice in summer if its not in direct sunlight for 2 days. Sturdy design and having recently purchased the lunch bag and ice cubes trays I can say im very happy and willing to support a company like this. New 4l bottle releasing soon and even though I dont need it will be buying it. Thankyou guys your product is awesome guys I work with have purchased after seeing mine at work shifts all over a yeti

Great sturdy and massive space bag!

Excellent customer service

Looks and works great

A great gift for my hard working son. Zip is quite stiff though

Brilliant bag, very convenient

I have purchased 7 of these so far, some for my husband and I, plus more for gifts. We love the stubby holder it works great especially on those extremely hot days, keeps drinks icy cold.
