Returns and Refunds Policy
At The Aussie Pal, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Free Returns Within 30 Days
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a free return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Returns After 30 Days
Returns requested after 30 days from delivery may still be accepted at our discretion.
- Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Proof of purchase is required
Change of Mind Returns
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases once an item has been used.
Change of mind returns are accepted only if the item is unused and within the applicable return period.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law.
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the fault or damage
Return shipping for faulty or incorrect items will always be covered by The Aussie Pal.
Returns Process
If a return is approved:
- We will provide return instructions and shipping details
- Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and with original packaging where possible
- Returned items will be inspected before a refund or replacement is issued
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the refund to appear after processing
- Original shipping fees are non refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Replacements
If your item is faulty or damaged, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on the issue and stock availability.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Used items
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear
- Sale or clearance items, unless faulty
- Personalised or custom products, unless faulty
Australian Consumer Law
This policy does not limit or exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for major faults.
